Description
Our Client is a 5* Resort with 100+ Rooms and 4 F&B Outlets.
This role will be reporting directly to the Assistant Director of Sales.
Please note that this position is available for Indonesian Nationals only.
Profile
• 5* & leisure resort experience
• Previous #1 experience not a must, also a strong current #2 would be considered
• Strong exposure to the China market segment
• Speaks Mandarin is a plus, but not a must
• Fluent English, both written and spoken
• Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills
• Familiar with sales targets, market segments, and contract rates
• Dynamic, outgoing, and results oriented personality
• Strong team player with leadership capabilities
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Positive attitude
• Flexible, and hands-on
• Well organized and self motivated
• Able to work under pressure
• Computer literate
