Overview
As a Housing Resource Specialist, you'll develop and manage resource systems supporting participant progression across SEI's Housing Programs. You'll build partnerships with community organizations, coordinate resource access, and improve referral pathways. Rather than direct case management, you'll work behind the scenes to strengthen systems that help participants achieve housing goals. Requires project management skills, data tracking abilities, and experience in resource coordination or social services.
