Job Description
- Understand and implement compliance policies, regulations, and best practices to minimise regulatory risk.
- Support regulatory risk assessments and evaluate impacts on Channels, Digitalisation, branches, and HQ operations.
- Conduct reviews, testing, and thematic analysis (using data analytics) on key compliance and operational controls.
- Ensure processes align with current regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures.
- Assist in overseeing operations, risk management, audits, and issue resolution to maintain efficiency and compliance.
- Promote strong risk management and corporate governance culture.
- Ensure quality and completion of reviews/testing, including managing remediation of identified gaps.
- Deliver or coordinate training to enhance staff awareness of regulatory and operational risks.
- Analyse review outcomes, identify root causes, and ensure effective corrective actions.
- Identify key regulatory risks and recommend improvements.
- Support additional risk and continuity activities (e.g., BCP, DR exercises, ad-hoc reporting).
