WHERE YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT

As our Operations Coordinator, you will dive into parts acquisition, ensuring that all necessary materials are readily available to fuel the team's success. You will efficiently manage warehouse operations, keeping everything organized and accessible while monitoring stock levels. As you oversee fleet management, you will coordinate vehicle availability and maintenance, ensuring smooth transportation for projects. Supporting project teams will be a key focus, where you will collaborate with colleagues to align resources with project needs, ultimately driving productivity and improving outcomes. WHAT IT TAKES TO SUCCEED AS AN OPERATIONS COORDINATOR

• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and cloud-based software
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift and move materials
• Knowledge about HVAC, purchasing, warehouse operations, inventory management, and construction is a plus
