Description
Position: Developer (.NET / Java / Enterprise) - Junior
Number of hours: 40 hours / week
Schedule: EST
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain application features using .NET, Java, or enterprise development frameworks.
Fix software defects and perform root cause analysis for assigned issues.
Write and execute unit tests to ensure code quality and functionality.
Participate in code reviews and implement feedback from senior developers.
Assist with technical documentation, system specifications, and user guides.
Collaborate with Business Analysts, QA Engineers, and Project Managers to deliver assigned features.
Support application testing, deployment, and production issue resolution.
Follow coding standards, security guidelines, and software development best practices.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and team meetings.
Continuously improve technical knowledge and development skills.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
0–2 years of experience in software development or application development.
Basic knowledge of C#/.NET or Java programming.
Familiarity with object-oriented programming (OOP), SQL, and REST APIs.
Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Certifications:
AWS Cloud Practitioner
Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)
Scrum Foundations
Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate (preferred)
Oracle Certified Associate, Java SE (preferred for Java developers)
