## The impact you’ll make

As the Knowledge, Adoption & Analytics Program Manager, you will help create GP&O's trusted knowledge ecosystem by driving OneSource governance, communications, adoption strategies, and workforce engagement across the organization.

You will ensure employees can easily find, trust, adopt, and apply organizational knowledge while creating visibility into usage, participation, and capability outcomes. Through strong partnerships, communications, and data-driven insights, you will help improve organizational clarity, consistency, and execution speed across GP&O.

## What you’ll do

Knowledge Governance

• Lead GP&O OneSource SharePoint governance and content lifecycle management.
• Establish publishing standards, content ownership practices, and sustainment mechanisms.
• Partner with content owners to maintain trusted organizational knowledge.

Adoption & Communications

• Develop and execute communication strategies supporting capability programs and organizational initiatives.
• Create regional engagement plans and workforce adoption campaigns.

Analytics & Insights

• Measure knowledge utilization, adoption effectiveness, and organizational engagement.
• Translate insights into recommendations that improve capability outcomes.

Regional Enablement

• Support Learn from an Expert operations and organizational-development initiatives.
• Serve as a connector across Asia-based stakeholders and global leadership teams.

## Who we’re looking for

• 5+ years of experience in program management, communications, change management, knowledge management, learning operations, or organizational effectiveness.
• Strong written communication and storytelling capabilities.
• Experience driving adoption and influencing without direct authority.
• Analytical mindset with experience creating actionable insights from data.
• Proven success working across multiple regions and cultures.
• Preferred experience with SharePoint, collaboration platforms, and organizational communications.

## Preferred qualifications

• Semiconductor industry or global supplier experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Relevant project management certifications such as PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, or PRINCE2.

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
