## The impact you’ll make

As a Program Manager within Global Planning & Operations (GP&O), you will lead strategic initiatives that improve organizational performance, enhance operational effectiveness, and support the scalable growth of Lam's global business. You will partner across Planning, Order Execution, Pilot, Engineering Services, Supply Chain and other organizations to identify performance gaps, standardize business processes, and drive sustainable improvements. Through data-driven analysis, cross-functional leadership, and disciplined execution, you will enable measurable business outcomes including improved operational performance, reduced waste, accelerated decision-making, and increased organizational efficiency.

## What you’ll do

• Business Performance Management: Evaluate organizational performance against strategic objectives, identify gaps, risks, and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
• Program Leadership: Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept through implementation that improve GP&O effectiveness and business results.
• Operational Excellence: Drive continuous improvement efforts focused on process simplification, standardization, waste reduction, and scalability across global operations.
• Process Governance: Establish and maintain standardized business processes, performance metrics, and operating mechanisms to ensure consistent execution across regions and functions.
• Data & Analytics: Leverage operational data, analytics tools, and business insights to identify root causes, measure performance, and support fact-based decision making.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders across GP&O and related organizations to align priorities, resolve issues, and drive organizational objectives.
• Risk & Issue Management: Identify operational risks, escalate critical issues, and lead structured problem-solving activities to achieve timely resolution.
• Executive Communications: Develop concise executive-level reporting, business reviews, presentations, and recommendations that enable informed leadership decisions.
• Change Leadership: Influence adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working that improve organizational performance and operational discipline.

## Who we’re looking for

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or related field with 5+ years of experience; or Master’s degree with 3+ years’ experience; or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of related experience in project management or program management
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders.
• Analytical skills to interpret and utilize data for decision support.
• Proven ability to manage global projects and collaborate across multiple functions.
• Semiconductor industry or global organizational experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
