About the Role

This Data Analyst role works across multiple systems and teams to turn business needs into useful data and insights. You’ll partner with people across the organization to define requirements, investigate data discrepancies, and improve how information is structured, analyzed, and used.

We’re looking for someone who is analytical, systems-minded, and comfortable working independently. You should be able to ask the right questions, connect the dots, and bring structure to problems when the answer isn’t obvious.

As our use of AI and automation continues to grow, you’ll also help ensure our data is structured, reliable, and ready to support those efforts.

You want to understand why the numbers look the way they do, not just report them.

You’re comfortable asking questions, researching discrepancies, and working through problems when the answer isn’t obvious. You can step into a messy environment and bring structure to it.

You communicate clearly, take ownership of your work, and know how to keep things moving without sacrificing accuracy.

What You'll Do

• Gather, define, and document business and data requirements across teams
• Analyze and reconcile data from multiple sources to identify trends, discrepancies, and root causes
• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and data extracts
• Provide input on data structure, organization, and process improvements
• Identify data quality issues and work across teams to resolve them
• Translate data and findings into clear, actionable insights for business leaders
• Connect information across systems and identify opportunities to improve data workflows
• Manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and clear communication

 

What You Bring

• Strong Excel skills with experience working with and organizing large, complex datasets
• Experience using Power Query to clean, transform, combine, and maintain data
• Experience analyzing and reconciling data from multiple sources
• Ability to gather requirements and turn an unclear request into a defined problem or deliverable
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to look beyond surface-level data issues, investigate root causes,
• recognize patterns, and connect information across systems and business processes.
• Clear, direct, confident written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to understand what is being asked, communicating the key point clearly, and work effectively with business leaders.
• Organized and methodical work habits with strong attention to data quality
• Comfortable taking ownership and working independently of ambiguous problems, determining the appropriate next steps, and moving forward independently without needing constant direction.
• Ability to learn new systems, tools, and processes quickly

Nice to Have

• SQL foundation, data visualization or modeling experience, or experience using AI and automation tools to improve analysis and processes
