What You’ll Do

• Set up and prepare machinery for automatic cutting or hole-punching operations.
• Measure product length and width using a tape measure.
• Operate machine controls to produce the required quantity of product.
• Monitor work for accuracy and quality throughout the production process.
• Work toward established daily production goals while maintaining quality and safety.
• Read and follow work orders, safety requirements, operating instructions, and procedures.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Support other production activities as assigned.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read work orders and use a tape measure accurately.
• Basic math and ruler-measurement skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Dependable attendance, a positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
• Prior machine-operation or manufacturing experience is helpful, but not required.

Physical Requirements & Working Conditions

To perform the essential functions of this position, the employee must be able to:

• Frequently lift, carry, and position abrasive materials weighing 10 to 25 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Sit for prolonged periods and reach forward frequently while operating equipment.
• Use hands and fingers frequently for machine operation and material handling.
• Work safely near moving mechanical parts and with occasional vibration.
• Work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to dust, airborne particles, adhesives, some chemicals, and moderate noise.
• Wear and properly use all required personal protective equipment (PPE).
