岗位职责 / Key Responsibilities

1.推进揭榜挂帅项目（技术端）/ Promote Open Innovation Project

• 从市场趋势、技术先进性、产业化可行性与公司战略的契合度建立并执行生命科学项目的系统评估框架
• Develop and execute a systematic evaluation framework for life science projects (technological advancement, team capability, industrialization feasibility, market potential, and strategic fit).
• 筛选、评估优质标的企业/项目，推动纳入本土开放式创新（Open innovation）暨“揭榜挂帅”项目池并跟进全流程
• Screen and assess high-quality targets and projects, driving their inclusion into the local Open Innovation  pipeline and managing end-to-end follow-through.
• 持续跟踪合成生物学、类器官、基因与细胞治疗（CGT）等前沿技术方向，输出技术洞察与项目方案
• Continuously track frontier technology directions including synthetic biology, organoids, and gene & cell therapy (CGT), and deliver technology insights and a project landscape map.
• 将核心产品组合成标准化产品，在价值主张中提供详细信息（包括供内部使用的成本和利润率），并制定市场进入（Go-To-Market, GTM）计划
• Package core products into standardized offerings, provide detailed information in the value proposition (including cost and profit margin figures for internal use), and develop Go-To-Market (GTM) plans.
• 与关键 PI及旗舰项目建立合作关系等。利用早期构建的平台来打造品牌影响力，致力于开发更多涵盖 OI、AI 和机器人技术的标准化产品方案
• Build partnerships with key PIs and flagship projects. Leverage early-stage platforms to build a leadership brand, committed to developing more standardized product solutions covering OI, AI, and robotics.

2. 政策研究与对接（政策端） / Policy Research & Engagement

• 跟踪生物医药相关政策法规与产业趋势，形成政策解读与应对建议
• Monitor biopharmaceutical policies, regulations, and industry trends, translating them into actionable insights and recommendations.
• 关注国家前沿战略方向，包括低碳战略、可持续航空燃油（SAF）、检验检测等新兴领域的机会识别
• Identify opportunities aligned with national frontier strategic directions, including the low-carbon strategy, Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF), and inspection & testing (TIC).
• 支撑政策准入团队的对外沟通与项目申报协同
• Support the Policy & Market Access Team in external engagement and program application coordination.

3. 资本市场与生态建设（投资端） / Capital Market & Ecosystem Building

• 基于对资本市场的理解，参与投资项目的市场潜力及估值判断，与投资人保持良好沟通
• Leverage capital market insights to support valuation assessment and keep good relationship with investors.
• 主导/参与投资人俱乐部的组织与运营，策划路演、沙龙、行业论坛等生态活动，链接产业与资本
• Lead or support the organization and operation of an Investor Club, curating roadshows, salons, and industry forums to connect industry and capital.

4. 桥梁与协同/ Bridging & Collaboration

• 作为战略大客户团队与政策准入团队之间的桥梁，推动跨团队信息共享、资源协同与项目联动
• Act as the bridge between the Strategic Key Account Team and the Policy & Market Access Team, facilitating cross-team information sharing, resource alignment, and project synergy.
• 将客户需求、政策方向与投资机会统筹整合，形成公司层面的战略打法
• Integrate customer needs, policy directions, and investment opportunities into a cohesive strategic approach for the company.

任职要求 / Qualifications

• 硕士及以上学历，生物医学、生命科学、生物技术等相关专业，博士优先
• Master’s degree or above in biomedical sciences, life sciences, biotechnology, or related disciplines. Ph.D is a plus.
• 具备丰富的生命科学项目评估经验，有早期项目尽调、评估、孵化或投资经验者优先
• Demonstrated experience in evaluating life science projects; experience in early-stage due diligence, assessment, incubation, or investing is a plus.
• 熟悉合成生物学、类器官、基因与细胞治疗（CGT）等前沿方向，具备技术判断力
• Familiarity with synthetic biology, organoids, and gene & cell therapy (CGT) with strong technical judgment.
• 熟悉生物医药相关政策法规与产业生态，具备政策研究与解读能力
• Solid understanding of biopharmaceutical policies and the industry ecosystem, with strong policy research and interpretation skills.
• 了解国家前沿方向，包括低碳战略、可持续航空燃油（SAF）、检验检测等领域
• Awareness of national frontier directions, including the low-carbon strategy, SAF, and inspection & testing (TIC) sectors.
• 了解资本市场运作，具备一定的投资分析与项目估值能力
• Understanding of capital markets with investment analysis and valuation capabilities.
• 具备出色的活动组织与项目运营能力，能够策划并执行高端产业/资本交流活动；未来将参与投资人俱乐部的组织
• Excellent event organization and program management skills, capable of curating high-level industry/capital exchange events; will participate in organizing an Investor Club.

• 熟练掌握AI 工具的使用
• Familiar with AI tools.
