Business Architect

Identify opportunities to deliver tangible business value by assessing the current state, capturing high-level requirements, and defining business solutions. Translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models. Support transformation by developing business cases and guiding implementation of key initiatives.

Summary: As a Business Architect, a typical day involves evaluating existing business processes to uncover opportunities that can enhance value. This role includes gathering and understanding high-level requirements from various stakeholders and shaping these into comprehensive business solutions. The position requires close collaboration with different teams to support transformation initiatives by developing compelling business cases and steering the implementation of strategic projects. The role is dynamic and involves continuous engagement with business and technology functions to ensure alignment and successful delivery of outcomes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment on project goals. - Drive continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements and recommending innovative approaches. - Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and effective collaboration. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting. - Strong knowledge of financial accounting processes and integration within enterprise resource planning systems. - Experience in designing and implementing business solutions that align with organizational goals. - Ability to analyze complex business scenarios and translate them into technology-enabled solutions. - Excellent skills in stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration. - Proficient in developing business cases and supporting transformation initiatives. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 7 year(s) of experience is required
