Summary:

Seeking an experienced SAP BTP GenAI Hub Developer with strong expertise in SAP BTP, SAP AI Core, Generative AI Hub, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI-driven application development. The role focuses on building an AI-enabled BTP layer for APO-to-IBP migration solutions, leveraging SAP BTP services, AI capabilities, automation frameworks, and modern cloud technologies to deliver scalable, intelligent, and business-focused solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SAP BTP and Generative AI solutions.
Design and deliver AI-driven solutions using Generative AI and Agentic AI technologies.
Architect and implement AI applications using SAP AI Core, Generative AI Hub, and SAP HANA Cloud.
Design and develop RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and GraphRAG solutions.
Integrate LLMs and Foundation Models with SAP and non-SAP enterprise systems.
Develop LangChain/LangGraph-based orchestration pipelines.
Build AI-enabled automation solutions for APO-to-IBP migration programs.
Develop custom applications using SAP BTP, CAP, Node.js, and Python.
Implement browser automation using Playwright and process automation using SAP Build Process Automation.
Collaborate with business, functional, and technical teams to deliver AI-powered business solutions.
Ensure solution scalability, security, compliance, and performance.
Mentor team members and promote AI innovation and best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Strong expertise in SAP BTP services, especially SAP AI Core, Generative AI Hub, and SAP HANA Cloud.
Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Foundation Models, and Agentic AI.
Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or similar AI frameworks.
Experience designing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
Knowledge of Knowledge Graphs, GraphRAG, semantic search, and vector search technologies.
Strong understanding of prompt engineering, AI evaluation frameworks, and AI governance.
Experience with SAP application architecture, cloud-native development, and enterprise integrations.
Strong understanding of REST APIs, OData services, and SAP integration technologies.
Ability to align AI capabilities with business objectives and drive measurable outcomes.

Primary Skills:

Strong hands-on SAP BTP development experience.
Cloud Foundry application development, deployment, and troubleshooting.
AI agent / LLM-based application development.
Browser/UI automation using Playwright.
Working knowledge of CAP / Node.js / Python.
REST/OData APIs and SAP/non-SAP system integration.
BTP Destinations, Connectivity Service, and Cloud Connector.
Authentication and service integration using OAuth, XSUAA/IAS, and service bindings.
Working knowledge of SAP AI Core / Generative AI Hub and AI service integration.

Secondary Skills:

SAP Build Process Automation.
SAP Build Work Zone.
SAP Integration Suite / API Management.
Git and basic CI/CD.
SAP HANA Cloud.
SAP Signavio or other BPM tools.

Prerequisite for RDE:

Translate business processes into AI-driven workflows using Agentic AI and SAP AI services.
Design and develop scalable, intelligent, and automation-ready applications.
Own end-to-end solution lifecycle including architecture, development, testing, deployment, and support.
Experience transforming SAP business processes through AI and automation.
Strong stakeholder management, client communication, and solution demonstration skills.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive AI adoption initiatives.

Industry & Functional Experience:

Experience in Supply Chain, Finance (FI), or industry-specific SAP business processes.
Understanding of SAP Business AI capabilities and use cases.
Experience with business process transformation and AI-driven innovation.
Knowledge of BPM/process mining tools such as SAP Signavio is an advantage.
SAP Certifications preferred, especially in SAP BTP, SAP Business AI, or SAP Generative AI.

Additional Information:

Minimum 7+ years of experience in SAP BTP and enterprise application development.
Experience with SAP AI Core, Generative AI Hub, and SAP HANA Cloud preferred.
Experience in SAP APO, SAP IBP, or Supply Chain transformation projects is highly desirable.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills required.
Experience delivering enterprise-scale AI and automation solutions is preferred.
