Description
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver training programs for employees and clients
- Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and online resources
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and up-to-date
- Utilize virtual learning systems to deliver training to remote employees and clients
- Conduct in-person training sessions and presentations
- Assess training needs and develop customized training programs to meet those needs
- Track and report on training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement
- Provide support and guidance to trainers and trainees
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development
- Able to pass client drug screening requirements for site access
- Able to travel for training or consultations
Qualifications
- Electrical Engineering; Electrical Technology; or Industrial Electrician Education
- Able to leverage virtual meeting platforms to communicate with learners (Zoom, Teams, Meet, WebX)
- Strong Presenting Skills
- Course development using A.D.D.I.E methodology
- Familiarity with adult learning methods and requirements
- Readily adaptable to changing conditions or situations
