Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver both classroom and web-based core onboarding, employee development, and leadership programs to local and global employee populations.
• Support the development of engaging and interactive training courses using Microsoft PowerPoint, including scripted instructor notes.
• Support the conversion of existing classroom training into web-based formats.
• Create learning resources such as user guides, discussion guides, and knowledge reinforcement materials.
• Provide coaching and team development to managers and employees as needed to support development goals.
• Manage assigned programs and classes within a Learning Management System and SharePoint site.
• Schedule, coordinate, and promote training programs to internal customers.
• Integrate new technologies, such as LMS, LXP, virtual learning, and AI tools, to enhance learning effectiveness.
• Ensure training records and training reports are maintained and distributed.
• Provide mentoring or train-the-trainer support for new trainers, if requested.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• BA or BS degree in Adult Education, Instructional Design, Communication, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of training and design experience in a corporate or adult education environment.
• Experience training a multicultural employee base where English is a second language.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills are required.
• Experience designing and developing learning solutions/programs and eLearning is a plus.
• Experience working with engineering and manufacturing groups is a plus.
• Team-building experience is a plus.
• Flexibility to support overseas employees outside standard working hours is required on occasion; some travel is expected.
• Must be a team player and able to handle administrative work.
