Summary:
As a Business Architect, a typical day involves identifying opportunities to create measurable business value by thoroughly evaluating the existing environment and gathering high-level requirements. The role includes defining comprehensive business solutions and translating organizational needs into technology-driven strategies and operational frameworks. Supporting transformational efforts by crafting detailed business cases and steering the execution of critical initiatives is a key aspect of daily responsibilities. This position requires continuous collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure alignment between business objectives and technological capabilities, fostering innovation and efficiency throughout the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead strategic discussions to align business goals with technology solutions.
- Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams to ensure clarity and shared understanding.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Operations Functional.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Experience in designing and implementing business solutions within enterprise environments.
- Ability to develop detailed business cases and support change management initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Capability to translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable technology solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Operations Functional.
- This position is based at CDC2A - SEZ.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
