Responsibilities
The Opportunity
Execute customer and sales master data activities for the assigned market, ensuring accurate and timely processing in accordance with established procedures, business rules, internal controls, and service-level expectations.
The position supports the continuity and reliability of the operation by maintaining accurate information in the corresponding systems, following up on requests, resolving basic operational issues, and communicating effectively with internal stakeholders.
Your Impact
As Sales Admin & Ops Asst Analyst your functions would consist of:
- Process customer and sales master data requests accurately and within established KPI's targets.
- Execute customer creation, updates, deactivations, route changes, seller assignments, visit-frequency changes, and other assigned master data activities.
- Validate that requests contain the required information and approvals before execution.
- Follow established procedures, business rules, market requirements, and internal controls.
- Maintain accurate records in SAP, trackers, request-management platforms, and other operational tools.
- Monitor assigned requests and follow up on pending or incomplete information.
- Communicate request status, missing information, and operational issues clearly to stakeholders.
- Escalate system issues, unusual requests, potential business impacts, or process deviations to the appropriate owner.
- Maintain process documentation and training materials updated with support from the process owner.
- Participate in knowledge-transfer, cross-training, and backup activities to support service continuity.
- Support process improvements, standardization initiatives, and the implementation of new tools or procedures.
Qualifications
Who Are We Looking For?
Experience
- Experience in master data, sales administration, customer service, commercial operations, data processing, or a related operational area.
- Experience working with transactional systems such as SAP or similar enterprise platforms is desirable.
- Basic knowledge of customer, sales, routes, sellers, or commercial master data processes.
- Ability to follow detailed procedures and business rules.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Ability to organize and prioritize multiple requests.
- Basic analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication.
- Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and team members.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
- English proficiency sufficient to understand documentation and participate in basic operational communication is desirable.
