General MRO Aerospace (GMA) is a globally recognized FAA 145 Repair Station that specializes in maintenance and repairs of hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, fuel and electromechanical aircraft components. We are seeking a motivated and relationship-focused Account Manager to manage and grow our existing customer base. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in account management, customer success, sales, or business development.
Aviation experience is a plus, but not required. The successful candidate will be organized, proactive, business-minded, and committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with current customers
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
- Provide customers with timely updates regarding services, projects, and deliverables
- Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively address concerns
- Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and increase customer value
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met
- Track account activity, follow-ups, renewals, and growth opportunities
- Maintain accurate customer records and account information
- Conduct regular check-ins and follow up on customer requests
- Help develop strategies to improve retention, satisfaction, and account growth
- Prepare account updates and reports for management

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in account management, customer success, sales, business development, or a related field

- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
- Strong follow-up and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively
- Professional, dependable, and customer-focused attitude
- Comfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and other business tools
- Aviation industry experience is preferred but not required
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience is a plus
