Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and verify all international shipping documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and certificates of origin.
- Ensure compliance with global trade regulations, customs requirements, and company policies.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and carriers to ensure timely and accurate documentation.
- Maintain detailed records of all international shipments for audits and reporting.
- Resolve documentation discrepancies and customs-related issues promptly.
- Identify opportunities to streamline documentation processes and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in international logistics, trade compliance, or shipping documentation (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms, export/import regulations, and customs procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
