The future focussed HR organisation largely possess a strong Onshore Partnering Team and the Centre of Excellence, complimented by a robust Service Delivery Team offering top class services to employees from the HR People Hub, Bangalore.As part of the HR team at Atkins, the HR Coordinator will provide proactive and efficient support to employees and managers across the UK region. This role involves managing a range of HR processes in compliance with Regional labour laws, maintaining HR systems (Oracle HRMS), and producing employee correspondence. The coordinator will collaborate closely with internal departments such as immigration, payroll, and finance, while also contributing to process improvements and supporting ad-hoc HR projects.

 About you

• Maintaining and updating Workday and Oracle portfolio of an employee
• Managing a variety of HR processes in accordance to regional laws.
• Producing standard correspondence to employees & parties involved (Line manager, stakeholder, payroll team etc)Demonstrate proactiveness in taking up responsibility and delivering BAU
• Working closely with the SME, team members and build an inspirational journey by contributing towards enhancement ideas and implementation
• Supporting the HR team with ad-hoc projectsAny other duties as requested by the HR Team LeaderExperienced in a Shared Services function
• Good IT skills, particularly MS Word, Excel, OutlookTechnical expertise in Workday and Service Now, Lifecycle and Exit process
• Fluent English - excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong administrative ability, managing a complex and varied workload
• Potential to develop as the team growsPrevious experience of minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR Shared services.
