Description
An international Private Bank company in Geneva is looking for their new Assistant Client Relationship Manager.
Responsibilities
- Support client relationship management activities for external asset managers and their client portfolios
- Assist in onboarding new clients and partners, ensuring thorough due diligence and compliance checks
- Conduct periodic reviews of client relationships and maintain up-to-date documentation and records
- Monitor account activities to ensure operational and regulatory compliance
- Execute transactions including trading, foreign exchange, payments, settlements, and credit-related requests
- Prepare client reports, manage correspondence, and provide support for digital banking services
- Handle client and internal inquiries promptly and accurately via phone and email
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to senior relationship managers
Requirements
- Degree in Finance or banking-related education/apprenticeship
- 2 to 3 years experience in private banking or a similar environment in Switzerland
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders in a dynamic environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with banking systems is a plus
- Fluency in English and French (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage
