About the role  
Beverly Wilshire, Beverly Hills, A Four Seasons Hotel, is seeking a dynamic and passionate Business Development Manager with a proven track record and have a solid knowledge of sales skills and techniques. The Business Development Manager will identify opportunities to drive hotel business by leveraging company-wide programs and promotional initiatives, ensuring group and catering goals are met. This position reports to our Commercial Director.  

What you will do  

The Business Development Manager plays a pivotal role in driving group and catering business by proactively prospecting new, current, and past clients, while consistently contributing to revenue goals through thoughtful sales strategies, seamless collaboration, and a deep understanding of luxury guest expectations. Collaborate closely with the Commercial Director to secure group and catering business, while coordinating all sales activities that maximize profitability and align with exceptional guest expectations. Success in this role requires a naturally positive, forward-thinking approach to client engagement, as well as the ability to represent the hotel at key hotel and industry events.

What you bring  

•    Bachelor’s Degree 

•    Minimum five years in hotel sales experience

•    Client-focused with exceptional prospecting skills 

•    Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills 

•    Excellent time management and organizational skills 

• Requires knowledge of and ability to operate computer equipment
• Ability to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed 

•    Naturally optimistic with a solution-oriented mindset

•    Demonstrates resilience and positivity in fast-paced, high-touch environments

•    ​Inspires confidence and enthusiasm in clients and colleagues alike

• Must already be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Location: This position is remote

Schedule & Hours  

•    Full time 

•    The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day and scheduled days and times may vary based on need.
