D365 Developer (Power Platform)

Overview

A tech4good consultancy is looking for a D365 Developer to join its growing team. You'll build solutions on Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform for charities, public sector bodies and purpose-led organisations. It's a chance to use your skills on work that makes a real difference, in a team that values quality, learning and doing the right thing.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build and extend Dynamics 365 CE / Dataverse solutions
• Develop Power Apps (model-driven and canvas) and automate processes with Power Automate
• Write custom code including plugins, JavaScript and custom workflow activities
• Build integrations with Azure services and third-party systems
• Work with clients to understand requirements and turn them into practical solutions
• Support solution deployment, ALM and ongoing improvements
• Share knowledge and help raise standards across the team

 

Key Requirements

• Solid commercial experience developing on Dynamics 365 CE / Dataverse
• Strong Power Apps and Power Automate skills
• C# / .NET for plugin development, plus JavaScript
• Experience with solution management and ALM (Azure DevOps or similar)
• Comfortable working directly with clients and non-technical stakeholders
• Consultancy or client-facing delivery experience

 

Desirable

• Wider Microsoft skills such as Azure (Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus), Power BI, Power Pages and SharePoint
• Microsoft certifications (PL-400, PL-600 or similar)
• Experience in the charity, non-profit or public sector space
• Interest in tech4good and social impact
