YOUR MISSION
- Steuerung und kontinuierliche Optimierung der Lager- und Logistikprozesse zur Sicherstellung einer hohen Servicequalität und operativen Exzellenz.
- Analyse von Forecasts, Performance-Kennzahlen und operativen Daten sowie Ableitung geeigneter Maßnahmen für die betreuten Lagerstandorte.
- Überwachung und Steuerung externer Logistikdienstleister einschließlich KPI-Management und Sicherstellung der vereinbarten Service Level Agreements.
- Leitung und Unterstützung logistischer Projekte sowie aktive Umsetzung von Prozessverbesserungen und neuen Lagerkonzepten.
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stakeholdern wie Sales, Customer Service und Planning & Purchasing sowie Unterstützung bei Budget- und Kostenkontrollen.
YOUR TALENT
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Logistik, Supply Chain Management, Betriebswirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Lagerlogistik, Distribution oder Supply Chain Management.
- Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit externen Logistikdienstleistern sowie im KPI- und Performance-Management.
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise und hohe Lösungsorientierung.
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch sowie Freude an der bereichsübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit.
