As Product Manager for the Stelo app, you’ll lead the development of in-app features that help users monitor, understand, and improve their metabolic health. You’ll work cross-functionally with design, engineering, clinical, and marketing teams to deliver experiences that are evidence-based, engaging, and impactful.
Where you come in:
- Continuously discover and prioritize opportunities that will drive our product and business outcomes
- Translate user needs, clinical insights, and business goals into clear product requirements
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to craft intuitive and motivating user experiences
- Partner with engineering to prioritize and deliver high-quality mobile features
- Monitor product performance, user feedback, and health outcomes to iterate and improve
- Contribute to the product strategy and roadmap for the Stelo app, and take ownership of driving execution from concept to launch.
- Stay current on trends in metabolic health, digital therapeutics, and mobile health innovation
What makes you successful:
- 3+ years of product management experience for a mobile app, ideally in digital health or wellness
- Strong understanding of, and passion for metabolic health
- Proven success building and launching mobile apps (iOS/Android)
- Experience with wearable tech, CGM, and/or health data platforms
- Familiarity with regulatory considerations in consumer health apps
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in agile environments
- Excellent communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
- Passion for empowering people to live healthier lives through technology

Experience and Education Requirements:
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 8-12 years of related experience.
- At this level a graduate degree may be desirable with 4 years of related experience.
Remote Workplace: Your location will be a home office; you are not required to live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km). If you reside within commuting distance of a Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km) a hybrid working environment may be available. Ask about our Flex workplace option.
