About the Role
As a Technical Implementation Specialist, you will be part of our Professional Services team, responsible for delivering successful implementation projects for new and existing customers across our Financial Crime and Compliance (FCC) product portfolio. Leveraging your technical expertise, product knowledge, and customer-focused approach, you will guide clients through the implementation lifecycle, helping them translate business and compliance requirements into effective platform configurations and integrations. In this highly collaborative and customer-facing role, you will work directly with compliance, operations, and technology stakeholders to ensure successful deployments, adoption, and long-term customer satisfaction. You will serve as a trusted advisor, providing best practice recommendations and helping customers maximize the value of LexisNexis Risk Solutions products.
Responsibilities
Deliver implementation projects for customers across the Financial Crime and Compliance product portfolio, ensuring timely and high-quality project execution.
Gather, analyze, and document customer business, compliance, and technical requirements.
Configure and customize platform solutions to align with customer processes, risk policies, and operational needs.
Support technical integrations with third-party systems using REST APIs, web services, webhooks, and related technologies.
Act as a trusted advisor by providing product expertise and industry best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
Facilitate workshops, training sessions, product demonstrations, and knowledge transfer activities with customers.
Collaborate closely with internal teams including Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Support to ensure successful customer outcomes.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders, from operational users to executive sponsors.
Identify implementation risks, proactively communicate challenges, and contribute to mitigation plans.
Ensure successful project handover and transition to Customer Success and Support teams following project completion.
Contribute to internal process improvements, documentation, and best practice development within the Professional Services organization.
Requirements
Experience in a customer-facing role such as Professional Services, Implementation Consulting, Technical Account Management, Solution Engineering, or Technical Support.
Experience implementing, configuring, or supporting enterprise SaaS solutions.
Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, XML, webhooks, and integration concepts.
Ability to gather and translate business requirements into technical solution designs and system configurations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve customer challenges.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience interacting with stakeholders at multiple organizational levels, from analysts and investigators to C-level executives.
Ability to manage multiple customer projects and priorities simultaneously.
Experience working within project timelines, service commitments, and customer success objectives.
Nice to have
Experience in Financial Crime Compliance, including one or more of the following areas:
KYC (Know Your Customer)
AML (Anti-Money Laundering)
Transaction Monitoring
Screening
Fraud Detection and Prevention
Customer Due Diligence (CDD)
Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD)
Risk Scoring and Risk Assessment
Experience working with financial institutions, fintechs, payment providers, or regulated industries.
Understanding of cloud-based SaaS architectures and integration patterns.
Idioms:
Native or fluent Portuguese with professional proficiency in Spanish and English.
