Master Data Analyst

Data Acquisition & Integration Collect, validate, and consolidate data from manufacturing systems including: Develop automated data extraction and transformation processes to improve reporting efficiency. Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across multiple systems. Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using: Build automated reporting solutions that provide visibility into: Analyze production trends and identify opportunities for process improvement. Perform root cause analysis using production and operational data. Develop statistical models and KPI scorecards to measure business performance. Support Continuous Improvement initiatives through data analysis and visualization. Work directly with plant leadership to define reporting requirements. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Data Analytics, computer science, statiscs, business analytics or related field. 1-2 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or manufacturing analytics. Experience working within a manufacturing, industrial, or automated production environment. Experience building enterprise-level reports and dashboards. Advanced Power BI Tableau Microsoft Excel Pivot Tables Power Query Power Pivot Advanced formulas SQL Data modeling MDS (Manufacturing Data System) MES platforms SCADA systems Ignition Historian databases Python R Snowflake Azure Data Platform Manufacturing ERP systems Experience supporting highly automated manufacturing facilities. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles. Understanding of Six Sigma methodologies. Familiarity with OEE, downtime tracking, and production analytics. Experience working with large data sets and cloud-based data platforms. Experience developing automated reporting and self-service analytics solutions.
