Co-Project Manager

Key Responsibilities 

• Co-manage planning, scheduling and tracking across multiple concurrent security tool deployments 

• Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders 

• Track risks, issues and cross-workstream dependencies; escalate proactively 

• Prepare status reports and steering committee materials 

• Support resource allocation across the security engineering team 

• Keep Phase 1 and Phase 2 milestones on track 

Requirements 

• 3-5+ years of project management experience, ideally on IT/security infrastructure projects 

• Familiarity with cloud environments and security-tool implementations (not traditional on-prem infra only) 

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills 

• Comfortable exploring different products and handling several projects at once during Day-1 

• PM certification (PMP, Prince2 or Agile) a plus 

• Based in Jakarta;
