· Develop and maintain portfolio dashboards, project metrics, and executive reporting that provide visibility into delivery status, resource utilization, business value, and strategic alignment.
· Support business case development by evaluating project requests for business impact, effort, complexity, risk, regulatory requirements, and organizational readiness.
· Drive continuous improvement of HR project management methodologies, governance frameworks, templates, and operational processes.
· Coordinate testing, change management, communications, training, and deployment activities as needed to support successful project implementation.
· Foster strong relationships across HR and business functions, ensuring collaboration, accountability, and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
YOU HAVE: (aka Qualifications)
· Experience in project management, preferably supporting Human Resources, HRIS, People Operations, or enterprise transformation initiatives.
· Experience managing multiple cross-functional projects within a structured project management or portfolio management environment.
· Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery approaches.
· Demonstrated experience facilitating governance, prioritization, risk management, stakeholder communications, and executive reporting.
