Your Impact
As a legal advisor for Sales in EMEA, you will provide support on day-to-day operations and commercial engagements while partnering with management to interpret contractual provisions, offer risk assessments, and deliver solutions that support business objectives. You will draft, review, and negotiate a range of commercial agreements — including advising on data protection, security and related regulatory terms — to ensure all terms align with corporate strategy and protect the interests of the organization. By integrating AI tools into your workflow, you will conduct legal research, streamline document reviews, and perform contract analysis with precision and speed. Additionally, you will coordinate the implementation of corporate legal policies to uphold standards of governance and compliance across regions. Finally, you will serve as a bridge between the legal department and internal team members, ensuring that legal processes remain scalable and adaptable to the evolving needs of the sales environment!
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years' experience in commercial and corporate law, gained at a top law firm, in technology, data protection, telco, or equivalent practices, or in a multinational corporate legal department.
Proven ability to draft and negotiate complex commercial technology contracts independently, including license, cloud, or SaaS agreements.
Substantive expertise in data protection and information security as applied to commercial transactions, including advising on GDPR and cybersecurity.
Fluency in English and in at least one other official European Union language; French preferred, further languages are a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
Admitted to practice law (Bar admission) in a major European Union country.
Professional certification in privacy, data protection, security or AI governance (e.g. CIPP/E, AIGP or equivalent), or relevant course completed with an internationally recognized institution or university.
Deep knowledge of the laws applicable to the IT and telecommunications sectors, including local sovereign procurement requirements and AI laws and regulations.
Knowledge of public procurement / tendering rules, with a track record supporting public RFPs.
Track record of managing cross-border commercial engagements across EMEA jurisdictions.
Experience in using contract lifecycle management (CLM) platforms to manage workflows and AI-powered legal technology tools in day-to-day legal operations.
Salary Range: 75,000 EUR - 92,400 EUR Base + Bonus + Benefits.
