Friendship Village is looking for a Dining Supervisor who understands that dining is about so much more than the food on the plate. As our Dining Supervisor, you assist the Certified Dietary Manager to lead the Wellspring dining team in creating a warm, welcoming environment where residents feel valued, respected, and cared for. From a friendly greeting to a beautifully presented meal, the little details can make a big difference in someone's day.
In this position you are responsible for assisting with the oversite of the dining team, responsible for creating, posting and updating employees work schedules; assigns and monitors employee work; coaching and training staff, problem solving, conflict resolution, and provide opportunities for employee growth and improvement. Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the kitchens/dining area are stocked, kept clean and follow all legal and company compliance.
This position needs a leader that is warm and inviting while being creative and supportive. Good communications skills and attention to detail are critical in this role.
