We are looking for a Dietary Supervisor who shares in our commitment to quality, exceptional services, and is ready to create memorable dining experiences for our residents.

As a Dietary Supervisor you would assist the Certified Dietary Manager with the oversight of the dining team, creating, posting and updating employees work schedules; assigning and monitoring employee work; coaching and training staff, problem solving, and providing opportunities for employee growth and improvement. The Dining Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the kitchens and dining areas are stocked, and kept clean, following legal, and company compliance.

Qualifications:

• Previous dining experience (preferred)
• 1 year of previous supervisor experience (preferred)
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Hours vary. Must be able to work weekdays 2nd shift and weekends 1st shift, weekends and holidays as needed
• Applicants are required to pass pre-employment screenings that could include: Criminal background checks, Abuse registry check, Drug test, Physical, and TB test
