We're looking for a highly analytical and commercially minded Senior Business Analyst - Business Intelligence to join our Financial Planning & Analysis team.

Reporting to the Director - Financial Planning & Analysis, you'll develop and maintain business intelligence reporting, deliver KPI-driven insights, support financial modelling and forecasting, and partner with stakeholders to drive smarter business decisions.
 

How You'll Shine

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, and Oracle Fusion.

• Deliver meaningful KPI reporting and business insights.

• Support budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and variance analysis.

• Partner with business stakeholders to improve reporting, processes, and data management.

• Provide reporting expertise across financial systems and business intelligence platforms.

• Support bonus plan calculations and related business analysis.

• Drive continuous improvement through innovative reporting solutions.

What You'll Bring

• Degree in Finance, Business Analysis, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• 5+ years' experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Business Analysis, or similar roles.

• Advanced Tableau and/or Power BI reporting skills.

• Strong Oracle Fusion and financial reporting experience.

• Advanced Excel and financial modelling capability.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

• High attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities.
