Position Summary

The Expert Real Estate Solutions Analyst is the subject matter expert real estate data solutions, analytics, automation, and emerging AI-enabled capabilities within Corporate Real Estate & Real estate Services (CREWS).  This role applies advanced business, data, and technology expertise to solve complex real estate business problems, establish scalable solution architectures, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Operating as a full-stack solutions professional, this individual leads the design, development, implementation, and lifecycle management of data products, business intelligence solutions, automation capabilities, governance frameworks, and foundational data assets supporting portfolio management, workplace strategy, occupancy and utilization insights, operational excellence, and future AI-powered workplace experiences.

The role exercises significant independent judgment in determining solution approaches, evaluating technology options, resolving complex business challenges, and establishing scalable practices that improve decision making across the CREWS organization.

Key Responsibilities

Real Estate Data Products & Solutions

• Own and manage the lifecycle of real estate data products, analytical solutions, and business intelligence assets supporting strategic and operational decision-making.
• Translate ambiguous business needs into scalable data, technology, and automation solutions.
• Design and maintain reusable datasets, semantic models, business rules, and enterprise-ready data assets.
• Establish standards, design patterns, and solution frameworks that improve consistency and scalability across CREWS.
• Lead end-to-end solution delivery from problem identification through adoption, support, and continuous improvement.
• Develop and maintain solution roadmaps supporting evolving business requirements and future capabilities.

Data Modeling, Analytics & Business Intelligence

• Design analytical frameworks that transform real estate, workforce, space, attendance, occupancy, and operational data into actionable business insights.
• Lead development of dashboards, reports, scorecards, and decision-support tools used by business leaders and stakeholders.
• Analyze complex business conditions requiring evaluation of multiple operational, financial, workforce, technology, and organizational factors.
• Establish metrics, KPIs, and performance measurement methodologies supporting portfolio and workplace decision-making.
• Drive adoption of governed self-service analytics and trusted data products.

Data Modeling, Governance & Quality

• Define and maintain business rules, metric definitions, and data standards
• Develop logical and physical data models supporting real estate business processes
• Ensure consistency, quality, and reliability of real estate data assets
• Document data lineage, transformation logic, metadata, and dependencies
• Support enterprise data governance and stewardship initiatives

Automation & Process Improvement

• Design and implement automated solutions that reduce manual work and improve business efficiency
• Identify opportunities to streamline reporting, operational workflows, and data management processes
• Support integration of real estate systems, platforms, and data sources
• Leverage technology to enhance service delivery and operational effectiveness

AI & Future Real estate Enablement

• Prepare real estate data assets for future AI, Copilot, and agent-based solutions
• Improve data discoverability, context, documentation, and usability
• Support development of AI-ready business solutions and real estate intelligence capabilities
• Participate in evaluating emerging real estate technologies and innovation opportunities
• Contribute to the modernization of CREWS data and technology capabilities

Stakeholder Partnership & Enablement

• Partner directly with business leaders, real estate teams, and technology partners to identify opportunities and solve business problems
• Facilitate requirements gathering, solution design, and prioritization discussions
• Support adoption and effective use of real estate data products and solutions
• Promote data literacy and best practices across the organization
• Communicate technical concepts effectively to both business and technical audiences

Required Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, Real Estate, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Experience

• 8+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, data solutions, business systems, technology solutions, or related disciplines
• Demonstrated experience translating business requirements into scalable solutions
• Experience partnering directly with business stakeholders and leadership teams
• Experience managing complex datasets and solving business problems using data and technology

Technical Capabilities

• Advanced SQL and relational database skills
• Experience with business intelligence and visualization platforms, with Power BI preferred
• Experience designing data models and business data structures
• Understanding of data governance, metadata management, and data quality principles
• Experience with automation technologies, scripting, or workflow solutions
• Knowledge of data integration concepts and enterprise data ecosystems
• Familiarity with AI, Copilot, or intelligent automation technologies is desirable
