Advertiser Manager

We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Advertiser Manager to join our fast growing, international team—either at our Cyprus office or remotely. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to grow profit by closing CPM and flat deals, attracting new advertisers, and expanding existing partnerships, using innovative tools and technologies. 
You will be directly responsible for supporting our company’s expansion and strengthening our position in the market.

Requirements for this role:

• 4 years of experience as a Advertiser Manager or Hunter;
• Experience with CPM, CPC and flat deals is mandatory;
• Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced environment;
• Proactive, self-driven, brings ideas and solutions;
• Strong team player with a collaborative mindset;
• Independent and takes ownership and responsibility;
• Strong communicator, open and confident in sharing ideas and opinions;
• English В2.

Responsibilities:

• Search for and hunt new advertisers (50% hunting, 50% accounting)
• Achieve sales targets 
• Establish long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships
• Collaborate with the publishers' team 
• Attend industry conferences and events
• Stay informed about industry trends and the competitive landscape
