#WeAreIn for jobs that impact everyone's life.  Bridging needs with innovation - where customer challenges become our next big idea.  As a Sr. Staff Engineer, FAE on our Sales  team, you'll work hand-in-hand with our customers, enabling them to transform our products into cutting-edge designs, all while building long lasting partnerships that thrive on success.    Are you in?   Your role Key responsibilities in your new role The FAE for Tier One accounts is responsible to engage with the technical side of the customer and identify new opportunities for Infineon's solutions and create system selling discussions with the customer. The account team design win pipeline and achieved target is both the FAE and Sales Account Manager's deliverable . Other main tasks are to identify customer solutions and represent them in block diagram format for internal reviews and for showing why and where we are winning and losing . Maximizing BOM share (PGO count) and engaging Marketing to feedback requests or lessons learnt . Collaboration with Sales tandem partner to create overarching Account Strategy . Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed  Degree in EE or Computer Engineering . 1-2 years experience in Automotive or Semiconductor Industry . Proactive and good networking skills. Can break down complex technical details into a concise value proposition for customers. Experience with AI tools/Programming is a bonus .
