Job title – Account Manager, Korea, HNC
Location – Seoul, South Korea

Lead local sales strategy, influence forecasting and planning, and turn market insights into meaningful commercial impact.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Drive direct and distributor sales in the assigned territory, achieving volume, pricing, and expense targets.
- Develop and execute Customer Action Plans, commercial proposals, contracts, and negotiations in line with agreed strategies.
- Grow the business by identifying new customers, promoting innovation, supporting overseas opportunities, and strengthening the dsm-firmenich brand.
- Monitor sales performance, customer demand, competitor activity, and pricing trends, taking corrective action when needed.
- Maintain accurate CRM pipelines and visit reports, update sales forecasts, and collaborate with logistics and other teams through the IBP process.
- Build strong relationships across customer organizations, coordinate technical and after-sales support, resolve complaints promptly, and follow all SHE policies.

You Bring:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in science/technology or business-related field
- 5-12 years of relevant work experience in sales of dietary supplements either at contracting manufacturing organization, or food industry
- Knowledge of industry and markets, in-depth know-how about products and/or applications
- Native level Korean and English communication skills to work with internal and external stakeholder.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Team Player. Negotiation skills.
- Ability to perform under stress, initiative and have experiences in working abroad.
