Description
Responsibilities:
- Preparation and coordination of IT Engineers schedules for on-site/ outsource/ inhouse projects & backfills purpose on daily basis.
- Manage interns' schedules for deployment.
- Liaising with Sales Department & IT Department closely on after-sales matters.
- Good communication skills with customer service attitude.
- Handle incoming calls and enquires from corporate customers.
- Answer email correspondence in a prompt and efficient manner.
- Maintain service items inventory control.
- Maintain proper records for billing purpose.
- Maintain neat and timely update on the service form inputs to our system.
- Any ad hoc requirements by the Manager.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or related studies, preferably with IT knowledge.
- Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer oriented and able to liaise with different stakeholders.
- Proficient in MS Words/Excel.
