Role Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Power Platform & Integration Developer to lead the technical refactoring of legacy Microsoft Dynamics environments into modern, cloud-native Power Automate and Power Apps solutions. In this critical technical role, you will be responsible for updating user interfaces, resolving inherited system quirks, and designing secure, automated data pipelines for web and email ingestion.
Note: This role is only open to candidates who can go under Security Clearance .
Key Responsibilities:
Legacy Modernization: Refactor and migrate outdated Microsoft Dynamics workflows into streamlined Power Automate flows and Power Apps.
Workflow Automation: Design and implement automated workflows tailored to executive-request workflows, auditing, investigations, whistle-blower intake, and correspondence management.
Security & Compliance: Implement security enhancements to ensure the platform meets state statutory demands and complies with cloud-first infrastructure standards
Enterprise Reporting: Develop and enhance enterprise reporting capabilities to improve long-term sustainability and data visibility.
Implementation Support: Provide comprehensive software configuration, testing, and detailed documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills & Technical Qualifications
Development Modalities: Extensive experience in both pro-code and low-code Microsoft Power Platform development.
Languages & Frameworks: Strong proficiency in C# / .NET, JavaScript, REST APIs, and handling JSON/XML data payloads.
Cloud & Automation: Deep expertise utilizing Power Automate, building Custom Connectors, and architecting solutions with Azure Functions and Azure Logic Apps.
Secure Networking: Demonstrated experience implementing encrypted data transmission protocols.
Required Certifications: Candidates must hold at least one of the following active certifications:
Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400)
Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate (AZ-204)
