As a Technical Support Specialist at ICON, you will be essential in providing technical assistance and support to ensure the smooth operation of our clinical systems and technologies.
Work location: Loyang office-based (30 Loyang way, Unit 02/12-15, Singapore 508769)
Working hour: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. or 10:00 a.m. or 7:00 p.m. Monday to Friday
What You Will Do:
Your role will involve delivering scientific operations work to a high standard, working closely with your team and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
Responding to and resolving technical inquiries and issues from users across the organization in a timely and professional manner.
Assisting in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of software and hardware systems to ensure optimal performance.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions that improve system efficiency and user satisfaction.
Providing training and guidance to users on system functionality and best practices to enhance their technical proficiency.
Documenting technical issues and solutions in a knowledge base to support ongoing improvements and training materials.
Your Profile:
You will bring relevant scientific operations experience, along with the following qualifications and skills.
Required qualifications and experience:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as information technology, computer science, or a related discipline.
1-3 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in the healthcare or clinical research sector.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
Familiarity with various operating systems, software applications, and network troubleshooting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
