The role is accountable for four distinct pillars: PMO Governance, Separation Programs, Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement, Financial Governance.
1. PMO Governance:
· Serve as a key contributor to the design, launch, alignment, and continued evolution of the newly evolved PMO team.
· Drive organization-wide project governance and enablement by conducting workshops across CCI teams to build common discipline around Structure, Visibility, Accountability, and Continuous Improvement.
· Design and sustain a centralized SharePoint PMO repository and comprehensive user guides to accelerate self-service adoption and standardize documentation practices.
· Ensure project data updates integrate effectively into leadership tracking tools, including Strategic Planning Workspace, to strengthen executive visibility and decision quality.
· Benchmark PMO practices against established teams and implement consistent governance cadences, review rhythms, reporting standards, and escalation paths to improve On-Time Delivery, strengthen portfolio visibility, and accelerate cross-functional issue resolution.
2. Separation Programs:
· Lead orchestration of the SMO Clone & Convey Account Transferability Program, a multi-year cloud account transfer program committed to migrating 78 cloud accounts/subscriptions.
· Drive quantified delivery by enabling transfer of 66 accounts/subscriptions to date, eliminating GR adder costs, reducing dependence on Corporate Guardrail services, and enabling GE Vernova to exit Transition Service Agreements.
· Partner across Network, Identity, Cyber, Infrastructure, and cloud teams to align diverse technical stakeholders on a unified framework for seamless VRF transfers.
· Establish program structure, dependency management, executive reporting, risk escalation, and accountability practices to improve transfer predictability and reduce operational friction.
3. Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement:
· Lead an integrated transformation across PMO initiatives by applying Lean methodology and bridging PMO operational rigor with Generative AI to improve quality, speed, and efficiency.
· Lead BU S2 JDI demand management transformation for CTO and CISO organizations, shifting leadership from reactive demand handling to a proactive, centralized framework that addresses resource contention across a portfolio of 100+ simultaneous projects and stabilizes delivery quality across a heavily contingent workforce.
· Orchestrate the CloudOps Zero Outage Lean event by transitioning CloudOps from reactive operations to a sustainable, cost-effective Zero Outage model, including repeatable incident lookbacks, advanced data capture, root-cause prompting, and structured problem-solving to reduce recurring incidents and control RITM volume.
· Establish rigorous SOX governance and compliance by leading JDI remediation of Change Management deficiencies across Cloud, Middleware, and On-prem environments.
· Orchestrate Cloud Operations Kaizen events using GenAI to uncover hidden patterns, contributing to a 10% incident-volume reduction and measurable MTTR improvement.
· Define the Future-State Roadmap for the Operational Uplift Program, mapping technical competencies to SQDC metrics so AI-enabled initiatives deliver high-value business outcomes.
4. Financial Governance:
· Design and implement a comprehensive Financial Accountability Framework for CTO Solution Architecture projects, transforming a fragile single-person dependency into an automated, shared-responsibility model.
· Provide real-time transparency into commitments and receivables, establish a strict Invoice Submission Protocol, and institutionalize structured financial review cadences.
· Drive divestiture financial excellence within the account transfer lifecycle by identifying and stopping unnecessary corporate infrastructure charges for ejected accounts.
· Resolve $1MM double-bubble billing anomalies, generate substantial cost savings, and establish KPIs to track long-term account-transfer process effectiveness.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Operations, or a related discipline; advanced degree or equivalent experience preferred.
· Demonstrated experience leading PMO governance, enterprise technology programs, Lean transformation, operational excellence, or financial governance in a complex global organization.
· Experience managing cloud, compute, infrastructure, separation, divestiture, or account-transfer programs across cross-functional technical domains.
· Strong Lean, Kaizen, JDI, problem-solving, and continuous improvement capability with demonstrated ability to embed operating rhythms and measurable outcomes.
· Ability to use data, automation, and Generative AI to improve discovery, reporting, root-cause analysis, self-service adoption, and leadership decision-making.
· Strong financial governance skills, including commitments, receivables, invoice protocols, cost avoidance, billing anomaly resolution, KPI development, and governance cadence management.
· Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and coordinate across Network, Identity, Cyber, Infrastructure, Cloud Operations, CTO, CISO, and business-unit teams.
· Exceptional communication, executive storytelling, workshop facilitation, documentation, and change-management skills.
