Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

Position Summary:
The Technical Support Specialist is responsible for monitoring architecture, IMAC ownership, automation and data reliability, platform and ecosystem understanding, and incident management activities. The role supports service performance through proactive monitoring, process automation, data quality management, technical documentation, and first-line incident diagnosis while ensuring operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Define thresholds, alerts, dashboards, and KPIs for priority services/assets.
Own the IMAC lifecycle with change controls and auditable data accuracy.
Create automations for recurring requests; measure outcomes (MTTR, error rates).
Maintain data quality controls and reconciliation routines.
Map dependencies across ATM SW/HW and adjacent solutions; document service impacts.
Draft knowledge articles and quick reference guides.
Perform first-line diagnosis; propose safe workarounds; escalate with full context.
Skills and Qualifications:
Communication, collaboration, time management, analytical problem-solving.
Ownership mindset and continuous improvement orientation.
Monitoring tools, network/systems administration fundamentals, and automation toolchains.
Database management and service reporting platforms.
Ticketing best practices.
1–3 years of related experience.
Individual Contributor.
