Quality Trainee

The Quality Trainee will support the Quality department in ensuring product and process quality meets Valeo standards and customer requirements. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in quality management within the automotive industry.

Job Responsibilities:**

* Assist with the implementation and monitoring of quality control procedures and standards.
* Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving activities for quality issues.
* Support the preparation and execution of internal and external quality audits.
* Collect and analyze quality data, preparing reports and presentations for management.
* Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to address quality concerns.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the quality system.
* Assist in maintaining quality documentation and records.
* Learn and apply various quality tools and methodologies (e.g., FMEA, SPC, PPAP).

Job Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or related field) or a relevant technical discipline.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Eagerness to learn and develop a career in quality management.
* Prior internship or project experience in a manufacturing or quality-related environment is a plus.
* Fluency in English is required; knowledge of French is a significant asset.
