Job Description – Business Analyst - Asset Management :
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in Asset Management / Global Fund Services environments.
- Strong domain background in Custody, Wealth Management, or Capital Markets.
- Ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements across front-to-back fund and investment workflows.
- Demonstrated experience engaging with senior global stakeholders, effectively communicating complex concepts and driving alignment across regions.
- Experience supporting the end-to-end delivery lifecycle, including discovery, design, build, testing, and implementation.
- Hands-on experience with Agile delivery, including epics, user stories, and backlog refinement.
- Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
- Experience working with global banks, custodians, or asset managers is preferred.
