Summary
The Project Support Specialist - Environmental Division is a project administrator for the Environmental Division. The Project Support Specialist - Environmental Division, reports directly to the Environmental Division ComEd Program Manager. The Project Support Specialist is also a primary communication link between the subcontractors, EDI accounting staff, and other EDI Environmental Division staff. The Project Support Specialist – Environmental Division supports the Environmental Division by performing the following responsibilities.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include project support for the day-to-day operations of the Environmental Division, primarily for the ComEd program, that are in line with the company handbook policies, company standard operating procedures (SOPs), company and client quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) and industry best-practices. The ideal candidate will successfully provide day-to-day administrative project support to subcontractors, EDI accounting staff, and ComEd program staff, as needed. This role reports directly to the Environmental Division ComEd Program Manager or the Environmental Division ComEd Senior Project Manager through special assignments or in absence of the Environmental Division ComEd Program Manager.
The Project support Specialist’s primary responsibilities may include:
· Process subcontractor invoices and forward to EDI accounting staff for payment
· Prepare and review invoice summary data sheets
· Update shared tracking sheets
o Assist with updating Table 01 ComEd EMM project tracking
o Assist with updating Table 02 deliverables tracking
· Record keeping
o Assist with updating budget tracking sheets for EMM and other ComEd programs
o Assist with updating forecasts and accruals for EMM and other ComEd programs
· Record reporting
o Assist accounting staff and senior staff with KPI preparation, as needed
o Assist staff with data entry/tracking for ComEd waste portal, as needed
The Project Support Specialist’s secondary responsibilities may include:
· Office support
o Assist Environmental Division team with day-to-day administrative tasks as needed, including maintaining electronic filing system(s)
· Assist Environmental Division team with business development and marketing efforts, as needed
· Work well with and demonstrate respect for colleagues at all levels and consistently contribute to a positive work environment for the company.
· Develop relationships with vendors or contractors that can be used on projects as needed.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and ability required to successfully perform the responsibilities listed above.
· A high school diploma or equivalent proving basic academic skills.
· Minimum of one year of consulting project support experience or the equivalent thereof.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
· Ability to take directions from Senior Environmental Division staff and others.
· Ability to thrive in a team environment, handle multiple tasks efficiently, and take ownership of work tasks and responsibilities.
· Ability to successfully meet short project deadlines
· Access to a reliable WIFI connection at home or other that is conducive of a home office or similar sufficient to communicate/connect with company servers and remotely attend meetings through a Teams application or similar.
· A smart phone that has phone, internet, and text message capabilities.
· A valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance are required.
· The work associated with this position requires the willingness to work a flexible schedule outside of standard business hours as project needs dictate.
