Senior Analyst, Strategic Finance

We are seeking a Senior Analyst Strategic Finance Partnerships Hyderabad to join our Strategic Finance team, supporting our strategic partnership and licensing finance activities in a hybrid work model. In this role, you will support the financial management of collaboration partnerships through budgeting, forecasting, partner reconciliations, financial modeling, and reporting while collaborating with Strategic Alliances, Commercial Finance, R&D Finance, Accounting, and global finance colleagues. Discover your role:

• Support annual budget and forecast cycles for strategic collaborations by consolidating inputs from Commercial, R&D, and Manufacturing partners.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting packages, including variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior-period results.
• Perform financial reconciliations for partner cost-sharing and profit-sharing arrangements, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
• Build and maintain financial models covering cost-sharing true-ups, royalty and profit-share calculations, and foreign exchange impacts.
• Prepare supporting schedules and documentation for partner invoicing activities and audit requests.
• Investigate reporting anomalies, maintain process documentation, templates, and controls, and proactively raise issues when needed.
• Collaborate with global finance colleagues and partner-company counterparts across time zones to deliver high-quality financial insights and reporting.
• You bring a proactive, solution-oriented approach and thrive managing multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.

This role requires:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant finance experience, ideally including financial planning and analysis (FP&A), financial reporting, reconciliations, or alliance/partnership finance.
• Strong Excel modeling skills, including advanced formulas, sensitivity and scenario analysis, and management of large datasets.
• Demonstrated experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and month-end or quarter-end close and reconciliation processes.
• Experience working with collaboration and licensing finance concepts such as cost-sharing, profit-sharing, and royalties preferred.
• Experience with Hyperion is a plus.
• Master's degree in finance, Accounting, or Business Administration preferred.
• Prior exposure to the biopharmaceutical, life sciences, or healthcare industry preferred.
• Experience supporting multinational or cross-border finance teams, including work across multiple currencies and time zones preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, forecasting accuracy, ownership, adaptability, teamwork, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent deliverables in a global environment.
