We are seeking a detail-oriented and Senior Strategic Operation Analyst to own recurring reporting needs that support the marketing analytics team and help turn data into action. Reporting to the Strategic Operations Analytics Manager, this role will manage recurring reporting workflows, dashboard refreshes, campaign reporting and lead data hygiene so the analytics team can focus on insight generation, executive storytelling and recommendations. This role sits within the Office of the CEO, as the Chief of Staff to the CEO leads the strategy operations group.
Senior Strategic Operation Analyst closely with Marketing Analytics, Sales Operations, Finance, Demand Generation, ABM, and Events to ensure reporting is accurate, timely and standardized across the marketing organization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across systems, is highly organized and takes pride in operational excellence and precision.
Responsibilities
- Weekly Pipeline Reporting: Produce and maintain weekly pipeline reporting for marketing leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring accuracy, consistency and timely delivery.
- Monthly CMO Dashboard: Support the monthly CMO dashboard and related leadership reporting with refreshed metrics, explanations and supporting detail.
- Digital Campaign Reporting: Build and update digital campaign dashboards and reports across email, paid media, web, ABM and demand generation programs.
- ABM Campaign Reporting: Maintain ABM campaign dashboards and reporting to help measure account engagement, conversion and pipeline contribution.
- Event Campaign Reporting: Create and maintain event campaign reports for webinars, field events, customer summits and other integrated marketing programs.
- Product Line Engagement Dashboards: Update and manage product line engagement dashboards to provide visibility into audience engagement and program performance.
- Power BI Refreshes: Own daily Power BI dashboard refreshes and ensure reporting outputs are available, reliable and easy to access for stakeholders.
- Lead Hygiene and Reminders: Send weekly reminders to sales for leads stuck in NEW status and coordinate with MDRs on follow-up.
- Lead Data Enrichment: Support daily and weekly lead data enrichment by completing missing information, applying tags and improving reporting completeness.
- Reporting Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline reporting workflows, reduce manual work and improve the consistency of recurring outputs.
- Cross-Functional Support: Partner with marketing analytics, sales operations, finance and demand generation teams to ensure reporting needs are aligned and delivered on time.
Qualifications
- 3–7 years of experience in marketing operations, reporting, analytics or related business operations roles.
- Strong working knowledge of CRM, marketing automation, dashboarding and reporting tools such as Salesforce, Power BI, Excel and marketing automation platforms.
- Excellent attention to detail with a track record of producing accurate, timely and reliable reporting.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage recurring work across multiple stakeholders.
- Comfort working in a high-growth, matrixed global organization with diverse reporting needs.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate data requests into clear, repeatable reporting outputs.
- Experience supporting weekly and monthly leadership reporting is strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, analytics, finance or a related field preferred.
