Overview
Deutsche Bank’s Corporate Banking Coverage (CBC) group manages relationships with large corporations globally to solve diverse problems for clients. The US CBC group covers US Headquartered clients and their international subsidiaries in EMEA, APAC, and Brazil. We help our clients meet objectives and challenges in financing, risk management, working capital, investments, and transaction banking. As an associate on the team, you will work directly with Managing Directors, Directors, and Vice Presidents, supporting them with all client activities (marketing, execution, and ongoing relationship management). In addition, you will assume responsibility for managing internal processes for deal executions, internal approvals, Business aspects of regulatory reporting and ongoing management of client relationships.

What You’ll Do
- Assisting Corporate Bankers in managing existing client relationships and developing new client base and assist in the preparation of pitch books and other marketing materials to help generate new business
- Develop proficiency across all products within the scope of Corporate Finance (Credit, DCM, FX, Rates, Asset Management, Cash Management, Trade Finance and Investor Services)
- Help with industry and credit analysis (review financial statements, listen to and summarize investor presentations, and support credit approval and documentation process)
- Maintain internal reports including deal tracking, pipeline reports, credit commitments, capital outstanding
- Developing an understanding of the competition’s products/offerings while working on new bids including cost/benefit analysis, pricing and profitability models, etc
- Conducting pricing analyses and supporting the development of pricing strategy/recommendations and assist with KYC process and conduct industry and company research
Skills You’ll Need
- Bachelor's degree with outstanding academic credentials
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex problems into concise conclusions
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and computer skills including PowerPoint and Excel-based modeling
- Proficiency with research tools including Bloomberg and FactSet
- Series 63 & 79 license holders are strongly preferred (will be required)

Expectations
It is the Bank’s expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the New York, NY office in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in New York, NY is $90,000 -$139,000. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
