As we expand our e-commerce operations and direct-to-consumer (D2C) channels, we are seeking a strategic, growth-focused leader to manage and optimize our digital presence.

Position Summary

Image One is seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to oversee production in our digital department. In this role you will be working with the digital room assistant in creating stickers, banners, canvases, signage and direct-to-film shirts for multiple customer orders.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to driving productivity, maintaining quality standards, managing workflow, and ensuring customer orders are completed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain department performance standards for productivity, quality, attendance, and accountability.

• Prepare, modify, and verify artwork for orders using Adobe Creative Suite.

• Work with customer service and sales reps to ensure all needs of customers are met.

• Help to troubleshoot machine issues and perform routine maintenance and cleaning.

• Inspect finished products to ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to company standards.

• Make day-to-day operational decisions to ensure production goals are achieved while escalating critical issues when necessary.

• Lead the Digital Room Assistant and offer guidance when necessary.

Requirements

Qualifications & Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

•  Previous experience with large format printers not necessary but a plus.

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent time management, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced production environment.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
