Risk Management Operations Specialist Why Join As a Risk Management Operations Specialist at OCBC, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the bank's risk management processes are efficient, effective, and compliant with regulatory requirements. You'll have the opportunity to work with various stakeholders, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes that make a real impact. How you succeed To succeed in this role, you'll need to have a deep understanding of risk management principles and practices. You'll work closely with risk managers, business stakeholders, and other teams to identify and mitigate potential risks. Your analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to communicate complex ideas simply will be essential in driving success. What you do - Monitor and analyze risk management data to identify trends and potential issues - Develop and maintain risk management reports, dashboards, and other tools to support risk decision-making - Collaborate with risk managers and business stakeholders to implement risk management processes and procedures - Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness - Provide training and support to stakeholders on risk management processes and procedures Who you are - A degree in a relevant field, such as finance, accounting, or business administration - At least 3 years of experience in risk management, operations, or a related field - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with various stakeholders - Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously - Knowledge of risk management principles and practices, with experience in regulatory compliance Who we are As Singapore's longest established bank, we have been dedicated to enabling individuals and businesses to achieve their aspirations since 1932.
