As a Security Guard Full Time Unarmed Patrol Operations in Marietta, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Cultural Institutions, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a cultural institution, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service to visitors, staff, and guests. You will communicate clearly, respond professionally to concerns, and support a welcoming environment. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, staff, volunteers, and community members by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the facility, surrounding grounds, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity, hazards, and unauthorized access.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorization as directed, and provide clear directions and assistance to individuals at the location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, medical situations, and other critical events in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Document patrols, observations, incidents, and security-related concerns accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and designated location contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
